Today is looking fairly overcast and drizzly which can be very good fishing conditions. With the river fairly low and clear this can give the running fish a sense of confidence and can often lead to fish being more willing to take a fly. There aren't many anglers on the river at the moment so now could be a good time to get out there and hook into some fresh run fish before the crowds of true winter arrive.
