The weather has been getting warmer as we get more into spring and daylight savings means more fishing time for me after work! The Tongariro River has been dropping in flow the last couple of days and is very clear, so naturals have been the way to go for most anglers especially the Category Three Hare & Copper CTB in the size 14.
Some reports of fishing out on the lake have come through over the weekend with jigging being quite the success on drop offs in the lake.
